We started simply as a document destruction company under the name WesTex Document Destruction, Inc. While document destruction is still our largest division, on January 1, 2003 we changed our name to better reflect the full document management services we are now providing our customers. Our archive is the best in the market (we operate our secure vault under the name of WesTex Document Vault, Inc.). Our imaging services include capabilities for both standard files and wide format up to blue print size documents, with capabilities to convert microfilm/fiche to digital and digital to microfilm for long-term archiving needs. And our destruction service is unlike any other in the market place. SPECIAL NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: One of our competitors has been going around this fall telling our customers that we are going out of business, have been sold, that you risk liability because we do not have Texas Worker's Compensation insurance coverage and other false and misleading statements in order to get you to switch. We don't care if they want to compete fairly, but making these types of statements to gain your business is both wrong, unethical and perhaps legally a problem for them. The truth is that we are building a new facility in Amarillo that will create additional jobs for that community. We are NAID Certified for both our plant and mobile operations, and have expanded our total market share over last year. We have expanded our service offerings to include those of our commercial data center. And finally, the truth is we have Texas Worker's Compensation, General and Professional Liability coverages as well as auto and other coverages.

Our new $1.5 million location in Amarillo will be located at 56711 I-40 Access Rd, next door to

the new FEDEX distribution center, next to the water park. It will be a 20,000 square

foot facility providing records storage, plant-based shredding, mobile shredding,

Security. Our security operations are among the highest in the industry and actually meet Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) requirements without restriction. As a former Police Chief, Federal Agent, and both military counter-terrorism and Homeland Security expert - our owner's background in security, law enforcement, and counter-terrorism serves as the foundation for our operations. Our numerous business customers in the nuclear industry attest to this level of achievement.

It is why we recently initiated steps towards accomplishment of the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Standard for Information Security Management System. Our President/CEO holds professional credentials as Sensitive Security Information Certified from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security.

Information security is protection of information from a wide range of threats in order to ensure business continuity, minimize business risk, and maximize return on investments and business opportunities. Information is an asset that, like other important business assets, is essential to an organization's business and consequently needs to be suitably protected. Information security is achieved by implementing a suitable set of controls, including policies, processes, procedures, organizational structures and software and hardware functions.

Information security is important to both public and private sector businesses, and to protect critical infrastructures. We have been a leader in the industry since 1997 through the National Association for Information Management (NAID). We were the first shredding company in Texas to achieve the NAID Certification and the 4th in the country. While dropping from the program to pursue a much higher quality assurance program with NQA-1 status, we have applied for NAID certification once again because we believe that NAID is taking the appropriate steps to improve their program. Our President has served on the NAID Board of Directors over the years, and on their Certification Committee, the Certification Review Board and was elected President-Elect by the membership in 2007, prior to his leaving the organization. However in the intervening years, we believe the NAID leadership has begun to take the program more serious and it is hoped that, with our participation, NAID will continue to improve the quality assurance of the program.

Insurance. While most companies carry general liability, auto and worker's compensation insurance, we're covered by a CNA professional liability policy so you're covered. Our unique and specific errors and omissions insurance is underwritten by one of the most trusted names in business indemnification. A Bond does absolutely nothing to protect your risks in outsourcing information management services. Rest assured that we do everything we can to make sure that you will never need to draw upon our General or Professional Liability Insurance coverage. We spent over $25,000 in development of our Nuclear Quality Assurance Program to make certain our customers and company never need to rely on our insurance coverage to share your risks.

Environmentally Sensitive. We are a Clean Texas Partner of the Texas Natural Resource and Conservation Commission (TNRCC). Over 250 tons of paper is shipped monthly by us directly to paper mills, not to recyclers, as part of the chain of trust process for pulping and made into new paper.
