WesTex Document is an authorized reseller of the DIS System we utilize in-house to scan customer records into Adobe PDF files. The files are given an electronic digital index identifier that does not show up on the record when printed.

In the past, document imaging services has been cost prohibitive for many companies. Our system is priced so that any business can take advantage of the benefits that document imaging offers.

Our high speed scanner processes 50 pages per minute into our computer system where the technician then uses the DIS System software to index and create files for later transfer to a storage CD.

If you attempt to open these and only get a blank page there are basically two fixes. First exit IE or AOL and then open Acrobat Reader. Choose Edit > Preferences > General. In the Options section, deselect Display PDF in Browser, click OK and exit the program. Restart IE or AOL. Another solution is posted to the MS Knowledge Base One final solution involves your security zone settings. We don't recommend messing with them without going to the Microsoft Knowledge Base on the subject It is an easy step to change them but the first two fixes should solve the problem.
